"appreciate the convenience of snacks etc here. but appreciated them even more when my key fob battery died, right before a snowstorm. they had the necessary battery, and even helped me change it since my hands were numb from cold and trying to pry the case open. they had a razor blade and screwdriver and everything. thank you so much for your help!"
