"This is supposed to be a convenience store for quick stops, however they purposely shut a fully working public restroom. It's one thing when you have a small shop where the bathroom is in the employee only area. It's another when the place was literally built to have a public restroom. Many customers know this location has a public restroom. Some people desperately have to use the bathroom. Because they can't use it they will run out to find another bathroom quickly and that is a loss of business. In fact it's a loss of business every time someone has to use the bathroom and realizes that they can no longer go to that 7-Eleven to do that. I won't be spending my money there"
"They told me restroom was not working and then when i asked what isnt working he said no public restrooms, i questioned the attendant because I was waiting for my daughter to finish as she was already in restroom. The attendant was rude and is a liar. He ended up telling me he didn't want anyone using because no one i available to clean it. I stood in front of door until my daughter finished. He was not going to intmidate me."
