"This was the worst food delivery experience ever. It took 5 days to deliver the fruit gift basket. When it was delivered the receiver sent me a photo of terribly damaged bananas. When I alerted customer service, I was told that I should have chosen a quicker delivery option. There was no other option available. I was also told that because I reported the issue just over 24 hours after it was delivered and not 4 hours after delivery, there was nothing they would do about it. I would not recommend anyone order from this company."

"Don’t be fooled by the 1 star! It should be a ZERO. This was the WORST gift basket experience we’ve EVER had!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We chose the Healthy basket. It was supposed to have an assortment of fruits and a banana pecan loaf. They threw in a ton of cheap apples and pears to fill it up and didn’t bother to include the loaf. We paid an additional premium for 3 gourmet items, only 2 were included. We splurged for a specific kind of cheese, they threw in the wrong kind. This was a very expensive, very disappointing birthday gift for our 80 year old father, that DIDNT END UP INCLUDING ANY OF HIS FAVOURITE THINGS!!! When we tried to have some of this situation resolved, all we got was, “ too bad! You agreed to a no refund policy and to accept substitutions”. Well, I don’t recall making that agreement, nor do I recall reading anywhere that if they don’t actually have the items they are selling to you and that you, that you simply won’t get them."

"WORST GIFT BASKET EVER. Don't buy anything from here. First of all, my girlfriend sent via express shipping method but it got delayed about a week and they are not giving us any refund whatsoever. Second, the strawberry came all squashy which is barely eatable. I hope this review and pictures will save some people.."

"Absolutely horrendous experience. They not only got my order completely wrong but the "chocolate truffles" are $2 Hershey chocolate bars!!!! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and 3 different types of truffles with a bottle of Prosecco. This is what was delivered. What a disgrace"
