"3/262024 I’m done with 711. Just want to go in a get redbull and be out. Store is empty why is this Moron making me wait while he puts 2 beef patty’s to cook. Like guy literally took his time . Didn’t even bother waiting just left. He saw me coming in he saw me waiting what’s is the problem ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? 3/21/2024 7:18 a m only cash really come on man always something Every time I come to the 7-Eleven always something. 10/13/2023 around 1120 this guy is taking a sweet time taking care of customers takes care of one goes away from the register does something and comes back not only that he’s being very disgusting burping out loud constantly like nobody wants to hear that that’s disgusting. What’s wrong with you? I don’t know what it is with 7-Eleven, but they have a bad habit of hiring ignorant people with very bad customer service."

"This is a good 7-11, most of the staff is very friendly (especially since the older guy and a few others are gone) but like some of the other reviewers have mentioned, the associate that works the overnight shift closes the store. I banged on the door once and he came out looking very sleepy and angrily said the store was closed. I’ve lived in the area for 20 years … this 7-11 never closed in the evening. The franchise owner may need to show up at 2:30am and see for themselves!"

"Typical convenience store with all the usual coffee varieties, cold drinks, snacks, candy, pastries, hot dogs and a few basic grocery items. Even a Amazon pick-up locker. An ATM too, of course. Lottery tickets are a big draw. In general, the help is a bit ornery and abrupt. Convenient corner location on Passaic street and Esplanade."
