Don't see what's with all the negative reviews other than the fact that the people in this small broke town are obviously walking around with a bad case of feeling privileged lol"

"Coffee is watered down. Expired items on the shelves. They are very rude to customers, but thats because of the location in paterson! There are too many people hanging around the store that are not paying customers."

"Their business is HORRIBLE! They do not honor the point system 7-eleven has in place for its customers. I stopped in there today to purchase a breakfast sandwich and when I inquired about the points I had, the cashier showed me that I had 6890 points. With that many points, I was able to get free items. I only wanted to get a Pepsi, which was 2,000 points. The cashier then said, "the system is down" and refused to honor the promotion and points. I was already purchasing items and wanted to use the points I had accumulated over the YEARS of buying from 7-eleven. Especially this one in particular. This was my first time EVER ever trying to use my points and this 7-eleven did not honor what this chain store has put in place as a reward/point system. I will NEVER purchase from this store ever again! They do not honor their customers and their inability to honor the reward system the franchise put in place shows they care NOTHING about the customers or keeping their word as it relates to purchases and sells. As business owners and even employees, you should NEVER forget WHO it is that makes your establishment thrive. The moment you start dishonoring your customers is the moment you will see your sells plummeting!"

"When I first went to this location. They was pleasant. After that every time I walk in they, Followed me around. I was coming in on a regular basis. It was my go to location on my way to work. I did not go in my purse or book bag every time I came until I got to the counter and was paying for my items. The first time it happened I did not say anything. I thought maybe something happened recently with another customer and that’s why they were acting like that. So I did not come back for a week or so. When it happened for a second and third time. I was done. I no longer go to this location or any 7-eleven now."
