"i went in today with intention to buy a new nose ring with my friend. 30 seconds into being there a manager and assosiate asked if i need help and i said im looking for a nose ring and i'll let them know after i pick it out. A SECOND later infront of my face the assosaite told me "if you dont buy something i'll kill myself" and kept joking to his boss about it infront of me and my friend; the most uncomfortable experience ever i just walked out after the longest 2 minutes of my life. i rather order it online then have a child and manager act ridiculous about a sensitve subject."

"Overall, the store was fine and most of the people were nice, but one of the employees there, a man with a hat on— I didn’t get his name— he was very rude. We didn’t speak to him, but every time we were near him he was very rude, and at one point, he shouted, “Ugh I have to get away from this” when my friends and I were near him talking about something, and another time we were looking at something and we were near a ladder that had been left near the things we were looking at, and he grabbed it and pulled it away, knocking something down in the process. Other than that, our experience was great."

"I'm literally in disbelief over how incredibly nice the employees are. The store was completely stocked on everything! No empty pegs or shelves. They had soo many awesome hats and t-shirts. I just couldn't get over how friendly and helpful the staff was."

"PROS: Spencers has greatly improved since the last time I was here. It use to be jumbled up but now they spaced out their shelves and you can actually walk around in here. The staff is very nice and prices are reasonable. CONS: Their competitor, which is right next to them, has more inventory and a stronger variety of things making them my go-to for many things OVERALL: It's nice that they developed more space but they have to change the quality of their merchandise"
