The rep I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help me transition from my fav product (which was discontinued, of course) to another system. Saved me time, money, and aggravation. Fabulous!"

"One of the girls who works here is straight up nasty. Tonight I went in looking for toner and I asked the woman working if there was a certain shade in a product I was looking at. She proceeded to laugh in my face while telling me they don’t make it in that shade (hence my question). She was super polite and kind to the professional colorist I spoke with over FaceTime, who was the only helpful person I interacted with, but super short and rude to me for whatever reason. I will probably go to another location next time just because my visit was so unpleasant. Idk what goes on at this store but do better."

"Holy cow. They know how to treat you like garbage here. As soon as I walk in I said I am lost with what to do and need help. I was told I need need to wait (with much attitude). Employee has serious attitude and lack of motivation. How hard is it to show someone an item when your store is 10 feet wide. They want you to talk to a stylist on facetime..what? What are you doing all day then? Probably getting worse attitude lessons. They don't know how much I would have bin a routine customer. They don't appreciate a customer who needs to be out in 10 MINUTES OR LESS. Shame on the place that could be a normal helpful hair product place."
