"This is the most unsanitary 7 eleven there is in this world. Where the refrigerated drinks are kept is filthy and has a bad odor when opening the door. The staff are very rude and does not use gloves to prepare the food. They are always on the phone talking and never attentive when you come in the store to assist. The counters are dirty. How am I suppose to utilize this app if the store that is closet to me is filthy? I love 7 eleven but I will lose out on the opportunity to protect my health. It is not worth it. I am going to report this store to environmental health NJ."

"Very disappointed tonight. Been coming here for the last 2 years for my lotto and never had an issue. As a matter of fact, generally the cashiers are super nice and friendly with me. But tonight, this new cashier was very rude. There was a misunderstanding about how many tickets I wanted. I told him 18 tickets total and I couldn’t understand his accent and he printed over 50+ tickets. Then he takes my preciously winning ticket of $6.00 and wouldn’t give it back. He wanted me to pay over $100 for his mistake. I apologized he misunderstood but he kept talking louder and louder and held my winning ticket as hostage. At the end, he wouldn’t give it back and wasn’t being reasonable. I told him I would pay for my 18 tickets and I’m trying to be reasonable but he refused. U guys just lost a loyal customer."

"Female employe at the counter is super rude. I had a water bottle and I was refused since she goes “ no you can’t have this water. Take from fridge or shelves”. I had water. Bottle from place close to main counter. Any case how can a customer be denied of what he has in his hands and is ready to pay ? Nutshell she refused to sell me water bottle which is only for 80c. I can’t believe that"

"I love their iced columbian coffee it is better than the local Dunkin Donuts and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean store and I really like visiting here to get my daily goods."
