"Very disappointing! I was given a referral by my PCP, station in Brooklyn, New York. To my understanding, this Dr./facility specialize in dermatology. I wasn’t even allowed to make the appointment with a referral, I was quickly shutdown, claiming the facility does not provide services for my need. I was referred to see a dermatologist… It was clear that my services was not wanted. The persistent skin issue has gone undiagnosed for over a decade, to where my primary care physician referred me to a space that specialize with such conditions. Unfortunately, upon calling this dermatologist, I was told that this place does not deal with my condition without a physical exam. Shocking but not shocking after hearing the tone and delivery of the personnel."

"I was a patient of Dr Grassi for about 10 years or so. She prescribed me an antibiotic for my acne for 8 years called Sulfamethoxazole / Trimethoprim. She didn’t tell me that if you take antibiotics they kill the good microbiota in your intestines and bad things can happen. Well, I developed Crohn’s disease, fibromyalgia, and C Diff, all within a 16 month period. I’m currently trying to sue her for negligence but my lawyer is apprehensive about it. All I can say is I hope no one ever goes to her practice. She is ignorant and dangerous."
