"I like coming to this shopping center. Bath & Body Works here is great. Always stocked. Easy layout. Friendly staff. When they have a crazy sale, come quick if you want to get a good pick. They sell out quickly. And if that fails, go online and shop there. That's what I did on their last semi-annual sale. I caught it on the last day and really needed body sprays. In store I racked up on hand sanitizer and hand washes. For 50$ I racked up so much on-line! I got like 6 body sprays, 3 body washes, 3 plug in refills and a pink pineapple plug in. Awesome. Get the app. It's free. You get free rewards when you add up points on purchases and free reward for your b'day. I cashed in 2 and then earned 1."

"Workers have attitude. Was told to “calculate the math yourself because the total is correct,” after I asked the cashier if the candle was discounted off before I paid. God forbid you have a question.the staff great you but as soon as you’re shopping they’re no where to be found. They look at you and gossip to their other workers. Going there feels uncomfortable, you’re better off at the one in ridge hill"

"I was there for hand soap shopping. I bought 10 item for some are going to be a gift for my friends. When i want to purchase extra bag for them the cashier said she allready gave me a bag and they have not enough bag in store . She was not fit everything in this small bag, ignored my request and didn’t want to solve the problem. I can say it was absolutely my worst Bath &Body Works shopping experience at all."
