"This location hasn’t been open from 4:30-6pm and it’s ridiculous. How are you closed in the middle of your store hours for no reason? Not a holiday or anything like that. Just someone said at 4;30 that they would reopen at 5 and now it’s been so long that I’m pissed."

"GameStop has screw over there customers once again I went to do a warranty exchange on a ps5 controller but they informed me that the policy has changed after I purchased the warranty to be honestly it puts the employee in the bad situation to screw customers over and the employee here became rude and said “anyways” like I was a waste of time or it was my fult when I was told by this very store that I was going to get a new controller this is way GameStop loses customers and employees because the company has bad morales my recommendation is just go to target if you come to cross county to get anything for gaming I will never shop here again"

"Staff including the manager need better training asap. Don’t know anything about products or how to use their own system. Or maybe they use it as an excuse to not help people either way it’s a shame."

"GameStop new policy is that you cannot return any unopened items even if it’s within the 15 days grace. They don’t do any returns at all. My son had a headphone and it hurt his ears and I tried to return it and the only thing that they told me they can do is return it for the same item. The item that actually hurts his ears no refund no exchanges for anything else just the same item. I Well, never buy anything from GameStop again."
