"Probably the worst discount store I've ever been to. Their prices are *very* expensive. I purchased a microwave here that suddenly stopped working after two weeks. They denied my request for an exchange. I just wanted a product that actually worked!! But they don't care about customer satisfaction. All sales here are final. Their customer service also sucks. Just go to Amazon for your small appliance needs."

"one of the worst stores in the square, I went there last Saturday and bought a cheap rug for 2.99, so I changed my mind and decided to take the rug back because it was (defected)I wanted my money back, my husband came back to the store with me to speak to the manager he said you cannot get your money back and their are no refunds, only exchanges, the Manager was rude and arguing with my husband, what a crazy policy, and I just brought the rug and I didn't even go back home yet, and I had my receipt and everything, I will not ever shop at that store again, how you just going to force somebody to buy something they do not want, they may just want to go to a different store and get their money back, the shopper have that right."

"They have been at this location since I was a kid. They sell clothes at really affordable prices and most of them are pretty good quality. Downstairs your find appliances and school supplies. Clothing on the main floor and upstairs house hold items like pots and pans."

"I was overcharged for an item by $1.99 and was told by the mgr no refunds only store credit or purchase something else for $1.99. They follow you around like a dog in the store. Very unfriendly and judgemental. I've shopped there since early 80's but will do so no longer. Amazon is a better choice for me and it gets delivered which is a service they do not have."
