"I have gone to this T-Mobile three times. Once to assist my parent in understanding their phone plan. They were helpful and made the experience great. The second time, my husband and I decided to go to this T-Mobile to get up our sims because we had converted over from AT&T. The young thin man was sooo nice. So attentive even though his female coworker seemed frustrated that they were working. The last time I went was today, I was attended by the manager and a female employee (previously frustrated) and was treated so bad. They spoke down to me, seemed annoyed to support me returning a device, and just were not proactive to support me. I understand, its a Tuesday and its 12 pm and you may not love to be there. But its inappropriate to text on your personal phone, make faces, and have side comments while processing a return."

They will charge you for things you never even asked for ( like glass protectors and extra chargers that they so conveniently place in your pink T-Mobile bag) and then include them in your monthly charges and you’re not even able to look over your bill until after you’ve signed your name,"
