"Dr OO is an incredible PCP phyician. He does an excellent job when it come to finding out what your health problem are. He give you a thorough blood work up and a complete physical. And then he sit down and go over everything with you. He find the best medications that fits your medical problem. I was hospitalize twice in the month of febuary and march. He would come to the hospital and check on me every day that i was there. He would lay out my medical plans and treatments there also. He would come to my room and go over my progress with me. He would talk to me about changing my diet. l lost 30 pounds. My dibetes and my blood pressure is under control now. And l am very grateful for my PCP phyician."

"My mom had him as a doctor in the hospital. He gave her her cancer diagnosis by calling it out from the hallway for all to hear, which is both against policy and just a horrific way to deliver this news to another human being. He also dismissed all our questions, made sexist jokes at very inappropriate times, and kept her hospitalized for much longer than we thought necessary."

"Dr. Oo was a substitute doctor for my primary. He had absolutely no idea of my background. The first words out of his mouth were, "Why are you running to the hospital all the time?" I said, "What are you talking about?" He said, "you went once for constipation problems." I have not been to a doctor or hospital except once due to a gallbladder problem. He said I was old and nothing could be done. If I were younger, maybe he could help me. With his attitude, I would never have called for him. Once again, he was a substitute for my doctor. He is supposed to be a specialist for older people. My immediate thought was that he wants all of us older people to take a pill so we wouldn't bother him. I then dismissed him and had two professional people come up to me and thank me for what I did. This happened at Mercy hospital. I was told to inform my primary as to what he said. J.B."
