"You're not able to get a hold of anyone at the office ever unless you call repeatedly like you're trying to win a radio call in contest. The office opens at 8AM, but if you call at 8 you receive a message that although the office opens at 8, they do not enable incoming calls until 8:30-8:45 (basically "we'll take calls when we're good and ready and you're going to deal with it because you don't have a choice"). You call when they are actually taking incoming calls and you get a busy signal for hours because the office can't figure out how to set up a hold queue if nobody answers. They also stop taking calls for lunch and close calls on Fridays at lunchtime until the end of the day. Highly suggest people look elsewhere. Not acceptable for a primary care office and they should be embarrassed at the level of care they provide to patients. Additionally, you can no longer call to request a refill of a medication. They require your pharmacy to contact the office for a refill which can impact care when the office never fills the prescription and the office closes for the day."

"Everyone at this office is great. I schedule appointments with Christina for my annual exams. She is very kind, personable and do not feel rushed. A couple times I’ve seen the other nurse practitioner (sorry, can’t remember her name)She is just as wonderful. Highly recommend this office."

"Do you care about your health, mental and physical? Do not waste your time, energy or sanity, and find a place that respects you, treats you like a human and not a billable entity. I was a patient for 15+ years and Dr. Casey is the only PCP I've ever had as an adult. This office was my "home" office. I felt safe and taken care of for so long. Until I didn't. It seems silly to say, but I'm truly heartbroken. They tried to force me to come in for a medically unnecessary appointment during the pandemic when everybody was supposed to be isolated and appointments were supposed to be done by telehealth. Note that I didn't not request an appointment nor had any health issues recently so there was no follow up needed on anything. They literally just cold called me and demanded I come in. When I stated that I am not willing to come in to an office they did not offer me telehealth and were incredibly nasty. They then sent me a letter telling me that my condition is very serious and needs to be followed up on, basically stating that I'm an irresponsible patient. I asked what that condition is and yet no one has been able or willing to tell me. I still don't know what my "serious condition" that needs be to followed is so hopefully I'm not dying. When I asked to speak to Dr. Casey himself or for a direct extension for him the woman I was speaking to LITERALLY screamed at me on the phone and hung up. When I called back she told me that Dr. Casey would call me. That never happened. When my insurance company stepped in to advocate they gave false reports (in 15+ years I had never met or seen anyone by the name on the report so take that as you will and any time I have called and asked for that name specifically she is conveniently out of office) and have been denying me medical care since (despite sending me multiple bills for appointments dated years ago that were canceled - it's seriously bizarre). This is no longer a good doctor or a good practice. Dr. Casey and his entire staff simply not care about you. They do not care about your health. You are nothing but a source of insurance company money and income to them. All this because I was only comfortable with a telehealth appointment during the deadliest part of the pandemic. An appointment which, I reiterate, was medically unnecessary to begin with. If you care about yourself and expect to be treated with care and respect this practice just isn't for you."

"I’ve been going to this office for many years. About 15 maybe. The staff here is so so so wonderful and extremely nice and caring. All the girls there are just great. I know them all by name. They make me feel like family. Dr Casey is a doctor unlike one I’ve never seen. He truly cares about his patients. You can feel it. Once he steps into the room you feel like you’re the only patient he has, period. He is just a kind soul. I also see Christina, she is absolutely wonderful. Very understanding, patient and takes the extra time to give the care you deserve. If I ever need to be seen urgently, they work it out get me in that day or the next."

Coming from Lifetime Health where I felt rushed and like the staff did not care, my experience at Dr. Casey's has been nothing but a relief. I used to dread going to the doctors since the staff at Lifetime Health was a bear to deal with and extremely unpleasant to be around. Dr. Casey's office has made me feel welcomed each time and like they actually care about your questions and concerns."
