T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

"Went in a half hour before closing and asked to upgrade my phone. Asked the rep if he could do that, without looking at his computer he said they didn't have any more in stock. Ok... so I gave him the benefit of the doubt... then I asked him if he could check online if any local stores in the area had any in stock and he said I should call first to find out. No attempt to look for me, no idea when he would be getting more stock in. I should mention he was on a personal call when I walked in and he also smelled like weed. Did not seem interested in making a sale."

"Horrible store: Came in to upgrade the phone. They promised trade in in value $500. It turned out to be just $250. Sold watch and tablet plan with promice of no service charges. Turned out about $30 per month. When canceled the next day, they tried to charge a restocking fee of $80. Ordered the phone, because they didn't have that model in the store, the order got canceled 5 days later . My advice: do not go there. If there, make sure you have all the offeres dicumented."

"The slowest T-mobile store I’ve ever been to, honestly. 45 mins wait without even being acknowledged by the people working there. Very unprofessional staff with phrases like “what don’t you understand?”. Considering that I always have great experience with my local T-Mobile store, this location is subpar."

Mohammed was superb and very thorough and his Manager Jorge was great at explaining everything and helped myself and my daughter through a crisis and getting us her phone back on after it was stolen.
