"This is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. I also want to give her zero star. Before going to her, I saw her bad reviews, but other family doctors need 6 months waiting period, so I decided to try her clinic and get some blood work done to know my own situation because I am also working in the medical field. This turned out to be a very bad decision. She does not have enough knowledge to manage my condition, more importantly, she is arrogant and lack of sympathy, and give wrong medical suggestions. When I had COVID in 2020, almost dying, asking her for help, she only prescribe coughing syrup, and shouted at me saying I am self-diagnosed, not having COVID, and even called my husband (living in different place)to try to convince him that I am crazy and imaging having COVID. A month later, I finally get a chance to have a COVID test in Buffalo, and showed positive result on IgG antigen. I really want to throw this result on her face. I always remember how disgusting she was. She only cares about the money. She is very restrictively to prescribe you any blood work in case the insurance is upset. Once she mistakenly thought I also see the other family doctors, she and her son acted so mad at me. For your own benefit, don't go to her clinic."

"So far I am very happy with the care I have received. For my first appointment I arrived over a half hour early; even so, she and Jesse took me back to an exam room right away. They were friendly, personable but direct and honest. As a previous reviewer said, Dr. DeNardin does not sugar coat anything. My new prescriptions were sent out the same day. During my appointment I did not feel rushed or as if I didn't have her full attention. This is a very family-oriented and family-run practice, which I feel is a rarity today. If you want to feel like you had individualized care, and not like "just a number", I recommend seeing Dr. DeNardin."

"Dr. Ann Denardin is very opinionated in ways that are unhelpful to medicine. She had a conversation with me about how HIPAA doesn't really matter for regular patients and said that people who serve (army, navy, etc) should not have to disclose their health records. Also, going in for a checkup and telling her about an accident I had been in, she told me that it was my fault and then charged me for the vist because I had mentioned that there was concern outside of an annual checkup (no further testing was done...) not helpful, not nice, and too opinionated."
