"The only reason im giving one star is because Anna was very nice. But I ordered 2 sofas to put in an upstairs room. When the delivery guys showed up first they didn’t even look to see where the sofas were going, then they tried getting one up the stairs, ignoring my husbands advice and made holes and scratches in my walls. Then they couldn’t fit it through the doorway so had to take it back down, making more damage to my walls. When we called the store, the owner told us he could get someone in to disassemble it to get it in the room but he would have to charge us! After the damage they did and for not even checking the size of the door opening to make sure it fit, they should have at least sent someone to disassemble at no charge. Very disappointed in this place"
