"Dr. Bansal has truly been amazing. I have gone to her for the past 3 years and I don't know where I would be without her. She has helped me manage my pain due to an awful car accident. She has always been efficient, dedicated and all around a great pain management doctor."
"It’s been a wonderful experience. Dr Bansal has been a firm but caring doctor who tells it like it is. That’s what I’ve needed to push me on and she’s always given me the help I’ve needed. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment. Her staff as well as she has been wonderful and she will be missed. She has been my doctor for at least 7/8 years. Good luck Dr Bansal enjoy your retirement, you’ve earned it. Lisa Phillips"
"I met Dr. Bansal about 4 years ago, when the pain clinic I was with couldn't seem to keep a doctor on staff to do nerve blocks and they referred me to her. She did a great job on my blocks and I immediately loved her No B.S. style combined with her compassion. I asked if I could come on as a full time patient and I did. Dr. Bansal has helped me so much over the past few years, I will be sad to see her retire, but looking forward to being a patient of her son. I'm sure the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Thank you for your care!!"
"Dr. Pratibha Bansal was very proactive getting my CRPS under control and trying methods other than just pain management. The last couple years with her have been amazing for my CRPS and my overall health. I’m more pain free this point in my life than the last almost 12 years. I also had the pleasure of having Dr. Nithin Bansal treating me as well and he is equally amazing. I am grateful to them both for their amazing care."
"Went to my first new patient appointment and it will be my last. I should have listened to the multiple people in the waiting room telling me to “run, they don’t care if you live or or die”. After traveling an hour to this office I waited almost 3 additional hours to be seen (1pm appointment wasn’t seen until 345pm) I just had my second spinal surgery as I have multiple painful spinal conditions and nerve damage and newly switched to this office from my former physician. “Dr”Bensal, (the woman I guess there is two there” came in and was immediately agitated as she was clearly over booked. She didn’t care about any of my medical records and she insisted that I don’t need medication and that my problem is I need to “stretch more at home” which made zero sense. My issues are not my muscles, nor do I have tight muscles. I tried explaining and reminding her of my conditions and she completely undermined me and ignored anything I had to say and she was visually getting more and more irritated when she was trying to stretch my legs asking me of I “felt that muscle strain” and I kept saying “no I don’t feel that I don’t have that problem” and she kept pushing for me to verbally agree and acknowledge whatever confirmation she was looking for in what she was saying which I didn’t because it wasn’t there and it didn’t exist…!? She then started yelling and snapping at me to do things like get on the table or lay down or lay down again, back on the wall, take my shoes off etc and she was increasingly nasty because I wasn’t going fast enough for her and I could barley understand her. I explained that I have to go slow (post op) and that I need to be careful as I’m a BLT patient post op (no bending, lifting, twisting) and she nastily said “I never heard of that” I told her I have been on a certain medication for over a year that has been working and proscribed by my previous pain management dr and recommended by my surgeon and I’m not looking to change anything I just want to transfer everything here for travel convience and she told me very nasty “we don’t treat with pain medication here” I’m highly confused, and after looking around the room and office for hours which is covered with flyers about pain medicine changing lives.. and remembering the brochure the receptionist gave me in the waiting room about learning how pain medication had positive affects on quality of life and the responsibilities etc.. I asked them why was all of this plastered everywhere including on their website if you say you don’t recommend, proscribe, or treat pain with medication? She then got VERY nasty as this convo now took place of me getting up and leaving the room into the hallway standing before leaving the appointment, as I had enough of allowing someone treat me the way I was being treated by her, not only unprofessional but severely inhumane and degrading, the entire time she she kept her back turned towards me typing in her computer mumbling. Like I wasn’t worth taking to or hearing my concerns or questions. She wanted to proscribe me Tylenol and to stretch at home. I told her I won’t be back and that I don’t feel comfortable accepting her medication or care until I speak with my surgeon and dr because with scary concern, I did ask and remind her that isn’t it extremely dangerous to just abruptly stop someone’s medication they been on for over a year?! Her response with her back still turned toward me was “not my problem, tell your surgeon to ween you off” WOW! It’s not only mortifying to be treated with zero human decency or compassion, but to out loud bluntly say you literally don’t care about your patient’s life, health, or well being is scary and alarming and I’m extremely frightened that someone like this woman can be license to practice medicine and be in control of anyone’s health and best interests. Someone needs to pull her credentials immediately. How sad. I mourn our medical system because of individuals like her. I will never go back here again. I also am 99.9% sure all of these online reviews are fake."
