"I had an appointment today and the office was filthy. The provider should be appalled by the way it looked and how stale it felt there. When I finally saw the provider after a 45 minute wait, he did not wash his hands when entering the room. I took my shoes off to show him my issue and he did not even touch my feet. I paid $60 copay and my issue was not even addressed. I called and complained because I was so disappointed in the treatment and asked for my money back. I was told that they would look into it. I would never tell anyone to go to this office nor see Dr. Rosena."

He made me feel very comfortable with a tough situation. He relieved my ailment in minutes. He explained the procedure perfectly. I highly recommend Dr. Rosena for anyone with podiatry needs."

"Very pleased with my visit with Dr. Rosena. The whole process from beginning to end was simple. The friendly staff sent me new patient paperwork to fill out before the visit to make sure I didn’t have to spend a ton of time in the waiting room and also called days in advance to remind me of the appointment. Walked into the office and handed in my paperwork and within 10 minutes I was in the back with Dr. Rosena. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and polite are just a few characteristics I would use to describe himself and the staff the day of my visit."

"We were looking for a podiatrist in a hurry when our son had an ingrown toenail. I had googled local ones and called a couple with no open appointments for approximately a month out. I had remembered seeing one on Mead St in North Tonawanda so I went to look. Called the office and they got us in that day!!!!! My son was so nervous, but Dr. Rosena was GREAT!! Explained everything, made my son at ease and had a great sense of humor too!!! Had the follow up appointment yesterday and we were in and out before our scheduled time!!! If you are looking for a foot doctor, I am telling you, you won't be disappointed if you chose him!!!!!
