"Where do I even begin - so many good things to talk about. I live in Canada and have been dealing with a throat issue for several months and… my appointment with a diecuslidtvus still a month away. So I decided to see an ENT in Buffalo. Thanks to Google, found doctor Lazar-Miller. Her experience and reviews made me choose her over other doctors in the area. I called on a Monday and received an appointment on Thursday the same week. The receptionist who picked up the phone was extremely helpful, took down my information and informed me of forms of payment being accepted, as I have no insurance in the US. On Thursday, I showed up about an hour early (no traffic or lines at the border), had some paper work filled up and soon after I was taken to a room, with doctor Miller entering minutes later. From the first minute, she made me feel at waste, gathered relevant health history and examined the area of concern as well as my ears and nose, explaining everything along the way. I had all my questioned answered in depth and left the office with some excellent recommendations and additional tests recommended. WOW, care like this is unheard of in Ontario where you’re lucky if you can squeeze in more than one question or have more than one issue addressed. When I left the office, my scripts, list of recommendations were handed to me very promptly and payment processed as well by the fantastic ladies at the front desk. Thank you Dr. Miller and staff! A few notes about the location - the practice is located in the medical building attached to Sisters of Charity Hospital. When I arrived at 9.30am, ample parking space was available. I think I was there about an hour total and the parking fee was $3."
