I felt I was updated accordingly and total turnaround time was very reasonable. My property returned as I had sent it off and packaging w new, compact storage was nicely done. While there was no hesitation to edit some finished products, I did find it a little frustrating that communication to resolve this was solely email based and a simple phone call would've simplified this last step. When I spoke to them recently, they were very receptive to this feedback and would apply consideration. I am very happy with the services and final products. That Christmas I gifted everyone their original photos and a flash drive/usb with all family photos organized into folders. I would highly recommend EverPresent and I would definitely use them again."
