"As a UB AACSB Bschool alum,I believe the other negative reviewers.Tetro only sees patients he can profit from(men) he saw my fiance right away (driver in my accident)not me.PAs run his business.Best see the same physician assistant each time, or each time you will get treatment based on a different PAs medical opinion. Lack of STANDARDIZED CARE, no wonder the other reviewers claim malpractice! After my accident I was diagnosed with impairment in executive brain functioning.'Specialists' here are not accomodating of people who have disorders, or disabilities.Here's video of my accident that happened June 2023. https://youtu.be/l_FnQnYUSx8?si=8N3vxk5qaAhro8Pz NEVER had hand pain problems before the accident.Its 9 months later.9. 9. 9.9(wow) I want to go back to work.Tetro never saw me, 0 long term resolution for me.I work on computers all day &I use my hands. Lackadaisical practices delayed my treatment increasing chances of permanent nerve damage. At my first visit, I saw Anish Patel. I told him that pain was in my fingers & throughout my hands and that it was hard for me to use my hands specifically my left hand. I couldnt even do my hair which is down to my waist. Anish 'buddy taped' my pinky finger on my left hand to the finger next to it and said to keep it like that for 6 months, and it'll heal. Those few months I went with my 2 fingers taped like they were sprained. The pain just got worse. By August I was in so much pain in the morning at my chiropractor appointments they decided to give me a nerve test. The nerve test showed nerve damage moderate carpal tunnel syndrome which I've never had before the accident. After having the nerve test at my chiropractor, my chiropractor suggested that I schedule another appointment with Dr Tetros office so that I can be seen for the carpal tunnel nerve damage before it progresses.I scheduled another appointment with Tetros office and saw Anish Patel again. He started making comments when I began crying because of the pain. I told him the pain never went away he replied 'oh that's a problem with you young kids you make everything a big deal the pain isn't even that bad' (im in my 30s not young)...Anish stated that my chiropractor Dr. Croce is keeping me under his care just to bill me. Told me that I needed a 'psychiatric evaluation' because I was crying. I said to him 'i pulled myself out of homelessness, i need my hands' he replied 'good for you, now all of a sudden you have carpal tunnel' until he looked at the computer, then he said 'well its only moderate&no-fault wont cover it because it happened from your job(lie)' he said 'just put a brace on it' My chiropractor says he has 'poor bedside manner, and you can't teach that'. Nerve test should have been ordered by Anish from the beginning, instead he treated my Carpal Tunnel nerve damage with tape & i went about using my hands the most i could. Cortisone injections/Therapy could have been ordered then.Instead Anish sent me home. Saw a different PA at Tetros.Lindsay told me that Anish listed negative findings, but said she noted positive findings.She FINALLY gave me a cortisone shot that took my pain away,wasn't until September. Lindsey contradicted Anishs findings from when he first saw me. By giving me a cortisone injection all these months later, Lindsay basically confirmed what I knew when I first saw Anish. That my pain was deeper than a finger being taped. That cortisone injection took away all the pain that I had. Lindsay told me verbatim as she was giving me the injection that 'if the pain comes back we may have to talk surgery' Pain came back, but at my next appointment a different physician assistant said that im 'on the scale of requiring surgery' & sent me to occupational therapy instead. I asked for another injection to stop pain temporarily again but was told no. It wasn't until February of 2024 that the office thought I would benefit from occupational hand therapy. By this time, I was already in returned nerve pain. When my pain is at its worst my veins bulge bad. See pic Question their judgement!"

"In Dec. 2020 I began to notice muscle loss on my right hand between my thumb & forefinger. Tetro was recommended & I was able to get in, even though we were still within COVID. Tetro & his sidekick Jason sent me to an MD who did electrical impulse testing on both arms & hands. Tetro & Jason (especially Tetro) then became insistent that the only way to save both of my hands & arms (Tetro insisted there was no other way) was to do ulnar nerve transpositions, moving the funny bone nerves to the inside of the elbows on both arms. He insisted on also doing carpal tunnel cuts on both wrists. Because of COVID, I couldn't get in for a second opinion & mistakenly believed Tetro & Jason were ethical & trustworthy. So in the Spring and then the Fall of 2021, Tetro, with Jason by his side, did the ulnar nerve transposition & carpal tunnel cuts on both arms and wrists. In the post-surgery instructions it states that ANY excess bleeding should be reported to the surgeon & BOY, was there EVER excess bleeding from the ulnar nerve transposition surgeries. This is where my nightmare with Tetro & Jason (besides the incredible pain of nerve surgery!) REALLY began! Tetro was VERY angry that I was "bothering them about the bleeding", as he unprofessionally bellowed out that the insurance ONLY pays for a certain amount of post-operative visits! Throughout the rest of 2021 & throughout all of 2022, Tetro became the NASTIEST SOB you'd ever NOT want to know! At one point at an appointment, he opened a toilet-mouthed rant on my wife and myself about things that were so ludicrous & insane, it defied any sense of reason or professionalism. He did this with the door to the examining room open(!), so afterwards I obtained the names of 3 medical workers who heard everything. As I continued to have muscle loss & pain in both hands & arms, Tetro became more indignant & nastier. Still in COVID & unable to get in with another hand/arm MD, I made an appt. only with Jason to try a different tact. Tetro came in WITH Jason & they both told me they'd have me see Tetro's partner Fishkin, a spine specialist. At that appt., Fishkin told my wife & myself that he was going to stop the muscle atrophy & now continuing on & off pain in my hands & arms by removing the top 2 vertebrae below my skull!!! Fishkin also said that after his surgery, I might not be able to speak again! WOW! My wife & I asked Fishkin if this would solve the problem & he said he didn't know(!), so my wife & I left! We realized that ANYTHING was better than staying at Pinnacle! Finally able to get in to see another hand/arm orthopedist as COVID restrictions loosened, that MD did the same tests Tetro had initially done 2 years prior. He said that he had NO idea why ANY surgery was ever done on my hands & arms and recommended I make an appointment with a neurologist. My new neurologist discovered I had ALS, which was the reason for the continuing muscle atrophy & other issues. Obviously Tetro & Fishkin HAD to have known there was a possibility of ALS or something pertaining to nerve & muscle issues, but they NEVER bothered to send me for a proper neurological workup BEFORE Tetro did FOUR UNNECESSARY SURGERIES! I don't even want to think about what Fishkin wanted to do surgically below my skull by removing 2 vertebrae at the top of my spine, which also would have been for no reason! Please ALWAYS see a neurologist for ANY muscle atrophy or nerve issues BEFORE agreeing to any surgeries! Please also see the ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) site, as it's important to know what they say about how many unprofessional 'MDs' there are out there feigning ignorance like Tetro & Fishkin concerning ALS & other disorders! I've since learned that because of CRETINS like Tetro, Jason & Fishkin, it takes on the average of two years before ALS & other nerve disorders are discovered, with many of these criminals going straight to surgery! It's bad enough that I have a terminal diagnosis, but four unnecessary surgeries over two years by Tetro & with what Fishkin WANTED to do, adds major insult to incredible injury!"

"I was referred to Dr. Tetros office. Very professional, organized, and succinct. There's a therapy clinic on the second floor. All the staff are very friendly. The appointment wait time isn't long. X-ray is on-site, and MRI is a separate building (WNY MRI) around back. The Doctors plan will prevent surgery from being necessary, just lost of PT."

"I had 4 surgeries with Dr tetro in February, all at once. This course of treatment was what he would recommend his niece, he said to calm me, and make me feel comfortable with having such an extensive surgery. I woke up and immediately felt as though something was wrong. I called and was told i was fine, it was just normal post operative pain. I went into the office and saw his PA numerous time. He was always dismissive about my pain and kept telling me I needed to get off the meds. Weeks of reaching out for help and always treated terribly. I finally was referred to a pain specialist and to get an EMG. The emg shows I have nerve damage from surgery and this awful disease called CRPS from surgery. I then met with dr. Tetro himself where he told me that my emg was fine and that his PA wasn’t dismissive and treated me fine. He cut me off several times, and talked over me just as much. He decided he was done talking to me and walked out of the room. After being treated like this, I will never have surgery again. It was awful."
