"After attempting to get in for the third time, I finally found the place open. The other times were during their so-called business hours. I have to agree with the other reviews. This place is WAY, WAY, WAY OVERPRICED! Still had to give them the benefit of the doubt and bought the small milkshake, which came out okay, but not for the price they charge."

"Was excited to try this carvel since it up the block never again . The girl was rude we felt rush. We went to check the time the store closed because the way we was rushed you would think right there and then it was 8.15PM on 2/3/2024 and store closes at 9 so not sure why was we rushed . Then when asked If I can get a bigger size Without the shake being shake was told no again feeling like we was being rushed to go. I rather take the trip to Elmsford at least they have great customer service."
