"Does not seem to care about elderly imo, does not act professionally and that includes some of his staff Bill ins for phone appts that last ten minutes and that is without giving results to important tests. Question him on that and he will discharge you from his office. I personally have never experienced this kind of awful care with any doctor or specialist in my life. If you have elderly parents especially, go somewhere else."

"Do not go here. Most unprofessional neglectful dr office I have ever encountered in my life. They 100 percent do not care for patients, return calls at end of day, show no concern what so ever for your well being, charge insurance for 5 minute phone calls. This place needs to be closed down. Dr Carlson you should hold your head in shame. Did I mention when they call you with results they don't give you results, make sure you gave all bloodwork and results sent to your patient portal, then take them to a real doctor for proper care! Retire Doctor Carlson you are a danger in the way you practice medicine !"

"I came in to get a test result read yesterday and the website said they were open until five. So I came in and waited a good 30 min till about 4 pm. The receptionist and the nurse told me to leave because they were closing at 4 and couldn’t read my test results. I was absolutely floored! So after being kicked out because they wanted to close, I made an appointment for the next morning at 9. I arrived 15 min early so that I could get in and get out quickly. After waiting over an hour I still haven’t seen a nurse or even been told that someone will see me shortly! They have taken 4 other people ahead of me, people that arrived well after me! If you don’t care how they treat you then this is an ok place, but if you care about how the dr and the other professionals treat you then this is NOT the place to go! They should have correct and up to date information on their website about closing times and they need to treat their patients better. The receptionist won’t even unlock the door after being open for an hour. I had to open the door for this poor man because she couldn’t be bothered. Awful service! If I could give them a negative 20 out of 5 stars I would!!!"
