"The other Dr's i've had (while pfalzer was on one of his 10 yearly vacations) have been great. But in regards to him, I gladly spend double the money going to urgent care then going to a Dr. that not only rushes you out in 2 minutes every time, but in those 2 minutes tries to just push political narratives on you and god forbid you have a sip of alcohol here & there, or have tattoos. Then this guy will make you think you're the worst person ever. Also his practices are horribly outdated. Truly the worst doctor ever."

"Highly outdated practices and neglects patients! He was my doctor for over 15 years and my wife has been telling me to get a new doctor for over 15 years! Finally listened and was blown away on what a real doctor knows. Without getting into personal details, I had concerns with multiple issues over the years and Mr. Pfalzer did nothing for me. I just got used to the pain and managed. Within one visit from another doctor they diagnosed me and took the pain and multiple symptoms away from a simple over the counter medication. I asked Mr. Pfalzer is there anything that assists with quiting smoking and he said there is nothing!!! Current doctor discussed several different over the counter medications but mostly joked about will power. I came out of the visit with no medication to quit smoking (he gave me other options to try first) but a positive attitude and feeling good about having a real support system. Mr. Pfalzer also changed his sign in procedure so everyone who is sick uses the same touch screen. You can tell just by looking at the screen it is contaminated with germs and bacteria. It takes the elderly people over 10 minutes to sign in so get comfortable if there is a line, which there will be. Also, the new system makes errors all the time by not billing your insurance properly and creating a larger bill with the doctors office. If you want results, take my advice and find a different doctor!"
