"Ordered a bundle in April and haven’t received the comforter yet as of August. I only received two shams. They’ve ignored my multiple attempts of trying to get an update on where the comforter is. My daughter has been waiting months. This isn’t my first set with them and this time the experience has been awful. Still awaiting an update on when I’ll receive my comforter."

"Ordered comforter on 5/25. Website says orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. It’s 6/2 now and still has not shipped. Reached out to customer service on 4th business day and they were no help, did nothing about it. Said it was due to high volume orders. Shipping time is terrible and customer service doesn’t do anything to keep customers satisfied. Highly suggest everyone to not waste their time ordering online from Sunday Citizen."
