"Lionel hot all my info back to My phone after I deleted my phone by mistake. He's awesome!"
"Great customer service- very helpful & patient switching me from another carrier to T Mobile. Roxy , Janet, Lionel, and Louis all pitched in to streamline the process, and advised me on chosing a much better plan that saved me money. Appreciate their time & great customer service!"
"Roxy and Janet are the best! If you need any cellular or internet assistance or wish to purchase products, go to this store. They are courteous, experienced ,and helpful. They provide you with the right service/product that fits your needs"
"Today at the Ossining location, my wife and I went to acquire a family phone plan, and the customer service was terrible. We felt treated very rudely. Initially, the advisor Roxy was friendly, but later, a consultant with a rude attitude arrived, seeming upset about something. He practically claimed that T-Mobile was giving us the phones for free without any objection from my side (it's clear that no company gives anything for free; you pay for it in the service). They sent a link to my email to accept the contract, and when I clicked "accept," a message appeared saying, "Your Agreement has either been Signed, Declined, Cancelled, or Expired." When I asked the advisor to resend the email, he got angry and said it was my fault for not reading properly. I mentioned his rude attitude and expressed my wish to cancel the new line request. He responded by claiming that T-Mobile already owned our family's phones and suggested I could call the police if I wanted. I don't understand why he brought up the police. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life."
"I enter no one in line except me. Randy was extremely rude. 3 people in shop no one helping me, speaking in spanish amongst themselves. I said can you please help me? He said "no, that person is training, have you ever been in training!?" T-mobile needs to take action if he is management or a "trainer""
