We had a battery issue with our latest rental and the store manager, Dominic, went above and beyond to remedy the situation. This is a great company!"

"My 1st experience with SUNBELT started a lil' lumpy. I called and was told I'd receive a call back. No call back after 1.5 hours so I called them. When I called they were helpful and quick. I rented the machine Friday. Desk help was very helpful and friendly. The guys loading the machine were also helpful and made sure I secured my load. I began my work and use of the machine Saturday but WE forgot the gas-tank for the machine! (Shame on me, shame on them for missing it!) . I called customer service Saturday morning, figuring I would just lodge a complaint (since my Sunbelt is closed on the weekends), but the operator insisted they would fix the problem immediately. Within 30 minutes I received a call from the facility that someone would be out to meet me with the gas-tank. Despite costing me an hour out of my day, I was excited to use it. The Sunbelt 1minute and 26 second online video online was only the least bit helpful. It was just about start up with no information on operations . They should make a video advising on best use-techniques, as my first day was a little frustrating trying to figure it out myself. (Day 2 & 3 went well). I'm also glad I took the service person's advice and purchased the extra consumables because I did end up needing them! *PHEW!!* (Had I not used or opened them, I could have returned them for a refund -like the Orange Home Store-) The return was smooth as well with the same friendly staff. I recommend you use SUNBELT rentals."

"After posting my displeasure I was contacted regarding my dissatisfaction. I owe the Sunbelt crew an apology for the negative review. My displeasure was not with them. However, they were extremely attentive as to why I was displeased, and ready to accommodate in any way. I recommend this company to anyone looking for great service."

"I was looking to rent a tractor with a rototiller attachment. Their website said that the Perth Amboy location had the attachment available and that the tractor was limited. I went in person to see what size tractors they had and to inquire about the tiller. They said they don't have any tiller attachments and that they only have two attachments for the tractor they have available. A couple of days later I decide that I will rent the tractor and a walk-behind rear tine tiller instead. I call about the tractor and they say they don't have any tractors, just backhoes that are way to big for my job. Defeated, I decide to go online and reserve the rear tine tiller which the website said was available at the Perth Amboy location. The price for a week was very good ($205), however, they gave me an estimated delivery of $230 and another $230 for pick-up. My confirmation email said that I would receive a call within 2 business hours to give me an actual cost. I never got a call. I called in to try and get clarification. They said that they don't carry rear tine tillers and that the closest one was on Long Island. How can a rental chain that has locations across the country a. not have anything in stock and b. have a website that has no idea about it's location's inventory?"
