"The best experience! My husband has been researching the best mattress for us for months and, after finally deciding on a brand/model, asked me to go with him to see it in person. I am generally not fond of shopping for bigger items like beds or cars and weary of the process. I get tired/grumpy easily in these scenarios but agreed to go. We went in without expectations and the understanding that we may not buy anything, but the experience at The Sleep Loft was completely worth the trip. Eddie greeted us on arrival and he is exceptional. He was laidback, friendly, honest and professional. He proved to have an extensive knowledge while assisting us to test and compare the mattress. "Going to this store was the absolute best decision we made when shopping for our new mattress. We had been searching at the big box stores and just not finding what we were hoping for. I started looking into the "bed in a box" model and reviews were great- only problem is I don't love the idea of not being able to try something before buying. I saw the sleep loft had a wide selection of online Brands and decided to make an appointment. I went in thinking I was going to try the name brand I liked- then just order it myself online. Well, that immediately changed. Turns out the mattress we thought we would like was just not right for us. Robert was the sales associate who helped us and he was so tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. He really took his time showing us different mattresses and answering any questions we had without hovering or being pushy.
