"The level of care at this facility is terrible. Nurses and aides are abusive. A meeting has been held and we believe we have come to an amicable agreement going forward on my Mother's care."

"Thus far i find staff to have attitudes because you ask a question, or may have a concern. I have received in two days, we are busy before i even had a chance to ask a question. Besides the receptionist, staff seem to lack basic customer service skills. I am sure if they hire sitters for there children they would expect that person to care for their child with the concern of walware the parent asks of her/him. Well, the family of their residents expect the same in return. I see facebook gives them a 4.4 i believe rating, well look on their website, 2.8. They have also been fined. I don’t really care to give a negative rating. However this is my experience, as well as others i’ve seen."
"My aunt is currently in the facility and staff refused to advise the family whether or not bed or portable recliner/chair alarms are utilized to keep patients safe and from falling. My aunt fell and suffered a head injury, which required an emergency trip to the hospital. Furthermore, my aunt got COVID-19 because staff are not wearing masks."
"I was genuinely surprised to see this facilityvreceived 3 stars, until I noticed there had only been 2 reviews. I would strongly encourage others with loved ones at this facility to chime in, as I'm certain I am not the only one concerned by the overall very poor care patients receive. Most of the issues fall squarely on the shoulders of the owners, who obviously short change the needs here, as evidenced by the staff shortage. Others should know that regardless what you think you're paying for, if you aren't present to advocate, your loved one will likely be denied basic services. The owners should spend some time here as a patient, so they can see first hand the results of their fiscal actions"
