"Only reason for 3 stars was the ER admissions guy at night was very cool and helpful , had a great sense of humor helping the 3 hour wait go by at 2 in the morning . My missus had an allergic reaction and we left memorial due to wait , they were just as slow but at least a cleaner environment . Credit to the guy there I almost walked out several times"

"DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. After 2 hours of waiting with greater than 10 pain, I still wasn’t seen. I left. I’d rather die on my couch than ever go there again. I’ll be calling my insurance company tomorrow to let them know, and tell them to not pay a single bill because all that happened for me was triage. I’ll suffer until my doctors office opens at 9 AM. I will be calling the administration tomorrow to let them know exactly what I think about their services. I understand that there are greater emergencies than myself, but really how hard is it to give someone Benadryl for an allergic reaction????? Ever heard of an Epipen??? I truly hope that I don’t get worse in the five hours that I have to wait for my doctor, but Lord knows I am better off at home"

"If you're looking for a case study for malpractice and/or negligence, come here. Patients are gas lit into believing that they're fine if they aren't dying, and will most certainly leave without treatment, diagnosis, or general assessment beyond triage. I'm convinced that someone just spins a wheel they bought on Amazon in the back and writes down whatever comes up on the discharge papers. If you have an emergency and this place is you're only option... You'll be better off ubering to Buffalo International, catching a flight to JFK taking the train to Bellevue in Manhattan and coming back. I really wish I was exaggerating. We timed it against our average experiences at other emergency rooms, and with our experience flying between both locations. This place is a massive class action waiting to happen. I'm genuinely surprised it hasn't happened already."

"Our daughter fell and fractured her elbow. We called a couple of places and the staff (Nancy especially) was incredibly helpful, comforting, and welcoming. The x-ray tech Gabi was awesome with our daughter, and Dr. Marc was great with her. So glad we went to this emergency room."
