"Very unprofessional establishment they changed multiple appointments on me to do a tele visit which wasn’t working on there part then they made another appointment and usually get a courtesy call which I didn’t receive then they said they sent me a letter which they didn’t and dropped me called multiple got nothing his response is he’s a small business so clearly he doesn’t care about his patients well being only about his pockets which makes sense to why he has to sell weight loss stuff aswell I would suggest staying far far away from this establishment"

"Dropped me for no reason, because I had to sit in person for them to fill out return to work paperwork after an injury that they had for 4 days and until I showed up they finally signed it as I was loosing wages and struggling . Now they cut me off and won’t see me for no reason and I am prescribed Xanax for Panic disorder and you can die from just stopping Medicine . So now don’t know what to do. UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT BRING LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE!"

"MY SISTER GOES TO HIM ONLY BECAUSE SHE GETS MEDS THAT SHE ABUSES. INSTEAD OF TAKING 3 A DAY SHE TAKES 10 A DAY FOR SO CALLED HEADACHES THAT R FROM WITHDRAWS WHEN SHE RUNS OUT OF A 1 MONTH SUPPLY GONE IN A WEEK. I HAVE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE OFFICE AND INFORMED THEM OF WHAT SHE IS HAS BEEN DOING BUT WAS ONCE AGAIN HE REFILLED IT. THIS MED IS FULL OF CAFFEINE AND WHEN MIXED WITH ALL HER OTHER MEDS THAT HE PRESCRIBES TO HER SHE CAN BARELY WALK BUMPING INTO WALLS, FALLING DOWN STAIRS, CAN BARELY TALK AND NOT MAKING ANY SENSE AT ALL. SHE ALSO MAY SLEEP A FEW HOURS, STAYS UP MOST OF THE NIGHT CLEANING AND DOING THINGS THAT SHE DOES NOT EVEN REMEMBER DOING. THE MED THAT CAUSES MOST OF THE PROBLEM IS BUTALB-ACETAMIN-CAFF 50-325-40 90 PILLS . THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL DO IT."

"I am legally blind and have a hard time getting Transportation I have never missed an appointment with Dr ojugbeli I had an appointment there today I fasted all day so I could get my blood work done I showed up to the appointment the nurse Drew my blood I waited for Dr ojugbeli he came in and informed me that he could no longer be my doctor because I'm not listening to him and I didn't have my blood drawn and that I cancelled one appointment with sleep study that he wanted me to do like he told me he could no longer be my doctor because I won't listen to him when in reality he has never listen to me I told him there are not resources out there in Madison County for people who are disabled and cannot drive there for I have a hard time getting to the sleep study appointment because I have to depend on other people I've never miss an appointment with him and I didn't cancel last minute on the sleep study it was canceled a week in advance I fasted all day today so that they could draw my blood in the office they drew my blood and then Dr ojugbeli tells me he cannot be my doctor because I do not listen to him I did not do the sleep study and did not have my blood drawn I tried to explain to him that I'm legally blind have a hard time doing transportation that I wanted to reschedule the sleep study and that I just had my blood drawn in his office he turned around and walked out on me I called back I spoke to the receptionist said I hope he does not plan on billing me but i'm sure he will because he doesn't seem to care about patients just about money I was referred to him after having a peptic ulcer which he never seem to be too concerned about he's a kind of doctor that you're not allowed to ask questions or concerns you just do as he says or he will release you I would not recommend him to anyone"
