"An appointment with Frances Munroe is a shining example of what a visit to your primary care physician SHOULD be. Her office staff is efficient checking patients in and out, while answering phones and ensuring billing and follow ups are entered correctly all the while with friendly faces! Waiting and exam rooms are clean, well lit, and comfortable. Nurses are professionals, getting patients into exam rooms, with vitals, and visit reasons interview. I have seen Fran for 25 years. Her staff members have come and gone, but the spirit and efficiency of her office has remained steadfast. Fran always is cheerful, empathetic, professional, courteous, most always on time, and available. She seems to KNOW all her patients, and incredibly, remembers non medical patient histories. She is of course, one practitioner in a huge hospital network but runs her office and practice like only her family name and reputation was on the sign outside. I am thankful to her always for my health. She has played a primary role in it for a quarter century, being the caretaker of my wellness in response to pain, injury, and annual maintenance.
