"They obviously delete all of their low star reviews because I've given them a review in the past and it's been removed. Heather has too many patients and it takes weeks/months to get an appointment with her which is why I started seeing Victoria, until I could see Heather who is my primary. My visits with Victoria have been nothing but a horrible experience. She has absolutely no bedside manner, she rushes through the visit, the last time I was there I spent longer with the nurse doing my vitals than I did with her. She didn't check my breathing or examine me at all. I have been seeing a specialist as well for my stomach, I was advised by my GI the next step if I wasn't seeing improvement would be to switch me to a different anxiety/depression medication which is known to help with IBS. When I brought this up to Victoria because my stomach and anxiety have been declining rapidly, to the point where I can't keep a job and I've become very depressed and hopeless, she said that instead of taking me off certain medication she wanted to raise it. When I expressed my concerns about that and stated I'd rather decrease that medication and switch to something else because over the past year this medication has been increased at least twice and I've seen absolutely no improvement with the dosage increase. She became very snotty, defensive and unprofessional. I've been suffering with anxiety for 15 years and IBS for 11. I know my body and I'm extremely disappointed with her behavior and how I've been treated. My symptoms and conditions have not been taken seriously. So if you're just looking for a physical or check up they are capable of that, but diagnosing or treating any actual medical conditions I would recommend finding a different office. I'm perfectly fine with sharing this medical information to help other patients with their decisions on who to visit."
