"Before undergoing treatment with Tom, I was having trouble running for more than a mile or exercising for over 30 minutes without nagging knee pain. We strengthened, stabilized, and stretched to gain better mobility while I continue to be active with the soccer and basketball leagues. Tom's concern for my best self extended beyond my knee, he looked at areas I was weak in to add small items of preventative care in places I needed, like a tight right shoulder that never healed right after an old injury. I was able to fit Tom's exercises into a very busy schedule using an app that nicely and neatly laid out items for me to do, both in and out of the gym! His help was key for me to get back on my feet exercising without pain and training for the next years mountain goat run, which I ran under my goal time by 2 minutes!"
