"I picked out glasses I thought would be cute. Got home and hated them. I called to ask if there was anyway I could exchange them and was told to come on in. I came the same day picked out new glasses with no problem. This is the best Visionworks in Syracuse! They are the fastest to get you in for an appointment also! And they did a fabulous job picking their employees every last one of them were super nice and were even good with kids . I gave them a 10 out of 10"

"I’ve been to this VisionWorks location twice now and both times were excellent. The wait times are very normal, no extended waiting in my opinion. Their selection of frames is great for browsing and choosing a new style. Everyone in the store is incredibly friendly and engaging. I was shocked in a super pleasant manner by my doctor seeing me through a telehealth visit for this recent one. It worked just as well, if not better, than if the doctor had been in person. Being a person also working a WFH job, I really admire when companies can integrate that into their business model for their own employees. Looking forward to my new glasses in a couple weeks! "I won't be coming back here for my vision exams. The doctor was a remote visit and I felt very rushed, especially since I never wore glasses before and was new to the exam process. The glasses were really poor quality which I didn't realize until I got a better pair somewhere else later. My progressive lenses had a line straight down the middle which was impossible to use and the frames were not adjusted well and hurt behind my ears. When I went to a different optometrist I was much happier with my glasses fit and the function of the lenses."

"Your customer service was very nice when I entered vision works. They guide me to take time to pick out my glasses. Then right afterwards I went into my eye exam and was fitted for my glasses. I was ask is there anything else I could help you with? I was told you will hear from us when your glasses are ready in a text. I was told to have a great day. I left vision works with satisfaction, happy with a smile on my face. Thanks to vision works!!!!!"

"I experienced great people, but my appointment was scheduled for 10am and it was after 10:30 before I was brought to a room. Jania was great. I got a Telehealth exam that I was not expecting not sure how to feel about it as I have issues with my eyes. My biggest problem is that the store is filthy! It is difficult to see in the picture, but it actually looks like there is urine in the sink! The countertops are dusty also. Sorry to say that they would never pass a health inspection. I was limited to where I could go because of insurance otherwise I'd have walked away the second I walked into the exam room."
