"Nearly impossible to get in for appointment and then only partially listened to. I feel like the office does the bare minimum for routine checks and then tries to avoid any emergent appointments. The front office is ridiculous. I called for a sick appointment and was offered one 2-3 weeks later. I was told this was the next available appointment. Then someone called me the next day and I complained about the length of time, she found me a “reserved” appointment that day. I’ve had issues where the office says my bloodwork looks fine when there may be a likely problem I see from the report and then get shipped to a specialist with no discussions on what it means or could be. I’ve had my bloodwork arrive at the lab “unspun”. During appointments half the topics I want to discuss are constantly being dropped and forgotten about. I often leave confused at what the next step is (nothing or a specialist). Planning to change providers, do not recommend."

"I called on a Monday for 2 prescriptions as I was going away on Friday. I didn’t hear anything Tuesday or Wednesday! Now on Thursday at 3 pm the office calls to tell me I need to be evaluated before she can prescribe the medicine. The staff person who called was very rude and have had several experiences with other staff with the same results. . I feel it was unacceptable amount of time for a response. Needless to say I will be leaving this practice."

"I have seen Dr. Commisso twice in the last two months and both times she was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. She is a little shy (as am I) but is very funny once she opens up. I would recommend her as a PCP to anyone who is looking for one."

"Unfortunately, a very unsatisfactory experience. I was treated rudely when calling into the office multiple times. I was cut off speaking and like my call was an inconvenience. Multiple times. Very pushy for testing and a physical that I clearly stated I didnt want and had to ask if by law I had to because of how pushy they were. Unfortunately again the Dr. Wasnt a good fit for me. No communication, no eye contact, no confidence. Not the things I look for when I need medical advice. Very hard to move forward with someone in your medical treatment when you feel like a number and a co pay. I gave it an honest try with 3 appointments. Not once did I feel satisfied about the whole experience.Even to the point of having them contact me at the incorrect number, which i was cut off because they already had the correct one. I had to call every time, getting information days later than I should have. I had contact with 2 nurses. They were nice, caring and communicative. Hopefully this shines a light and they can correct behavior that deters patients away. This is my experience, I'm sure not all feel this way. But should be addressed within the practice."
