"Cancelled my appointment 3 hrs before appointment, 25 min late seeing me in waiting room yet I was only patient I saw in waiting room, told me they would provide a refurral by end of of day , then one week later after 1/2 phone in take questions and over 1 hour session with a nurse practitioner I was told to see a different doctor . I told them up front what I needed and why . I drove over two hours in the car to see dr. Lax and when I got there was told no I would see nurse practitioner instead. I was told magic Mike would review my profile with a team later in the week with out me present. Guess he is too important to actually meet his patients but not to busy to bill them ."
