"Christian Health Service is a nice place to go to. I just love Dr. Rancier. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. The only problem I have is the front staff who takes the phone calls. There is one person there who is short and sweet while talking to you. I thought they are there to help and not say to you that you were wrong and you said this not that. If that was the case people do make mistakes and say one thing when they ment another. We all are human and people make mistakes. Kindness goes a long way"

"Overcharged then denied an appointment because of owing a self pay full price (no sliding scale that they claim to offer, which I qualify) balance (that I disagree with)this was a couple of weeks after I informed them of my medical insurance. Then told my insurance claim was denied. Was also charged a $50 copay for physical that wasn't suppose to have a copay. Never got my money back or a phone call returned. My prescriptions were ALWAYS delayed, sent to wrong locations, or pharmacy never received script despite them saying it was sent The nurse and office manager denied me an appointment with another physician because the np I saw only worked 1-2 days a week so there was a 3-4 week wait. Told me I wasn't allowed to be seen by anyone else!! I agree the Billing department is 100% shady. I worry about them having access to my personal information and what they've done with it. I doubt HIPAA matters to these people."

"I’ve gone to other dr’s offices and used to hate going to the drs. I’ve had Dr Rancier my whole life he was even my pediatric doctor and he’s a really great doctor. I left him for a while but came back because there are no other primary drs as caring as he is. I enjoy going to CHCSOS as well because there is never a super long wait in the waiting room either. I never feel like I’m there for 4 hours wasting my day. I’m usually in there and taken care of and then I’m out. I never have to wait very long before being seen! These people genuinely do care and do their best to help. A lot of them reach above and beyond their call of duty. I feel safe here knowing that they will listen to me and I feel well taken care of here. I would highly recommend!"
