"Usually when I come here there’s not a lot of patients. So I tried to have my son seen here. We arrive 30 minutes before his appointment. His appointment was for 10 am. They called his name and we were told to sit back down because they realized they forgot about a patient who has been sitting in the waiting room for their appointment that was supposed to be at 930 am. So we waited. But when the clock showed 10:40am we walked out. I have a six month old that was with me and an 8 year old as well. I feel like I wasted my time when I could’ve been seen somewhere else. Highly unprofessional. I don’t recommend."

"I went to this Health Center on oswego street right in the midst of the Hood. I had an appointment for a physical for my job. The lady that worked at the front counter was nice. But when it was time for me to see the doctor, this guy came out in the waiting area and called me by the wrong name. And i corrected him! So he took me to a room to do the check up. Then he told me he had to check me out before i see the doctor. In the process i had some paperwork i was filling out at the same time for there secretary. When we got to the backroom he asked me to put the paperwork down and i told him No! He was very Rude. I instantly felt uncomfortable with him in the room. He is an african american that work there and he wasnt even an attractive nurse on top of his Ugly attitude. He is some fake wannabe nurse with no manners. I got a bad feeling about him. They should have female nurses and female doctors working there. Some people prefer different things in life. I never been there before and I will never go back there again. The Health Center on Salina street sent me to them on Oswego street. Because the Health Center on Salina dont do physicals for a job. I'm way better than that. I still got my physical done today at a better Health care and i got the Job. God is good. Take care."
