"Everyone is nice enough but everything else about this place is a joke. The building is dated and seems to be ill maintained, they had me down as a smoker when I have never smoked, when they were requiring patients to wear masks much of the staff did not wear one, there is no way to pay bills online with a card so if you wish to pay by card you have to call or mail the information in, the billing department is sometimes on vacation without notice so you get stuck in an endless ringing cycle until you hang up and call the main number, they are always running late even if you have the first appointment slot of the day, the lab has the worst phlebotomist if you have veins that are hard to find and/or are small, I asked to be signed up for the patient portal and never was, they never tell you the details of your test results except for to say "it's not what we thought", and they are horrible when it comes to acknowledging medical anxiety. I am so glad to be done with them!"
"Dr Gupta is hands down the WORST. VERY rude, condescending and impolite. Do not go see him, he will make you hate your life. Not sure how he hasn't gotten reported yet honestly. Very sad."
