"I would give zero stars if I could. Dr Chou was no help at all. I had to wait 4 days for a telehealth appointment which I explained to him my symptoms of a swollen throat with white sacs and excruciating pain. I asked if he could write me a script for some antibiotics as I had already been in bed for 8 days and was only getting worse. He then told me that there was nothing he could do because he couldn't feel the swelling and wasn't able to swab my throat because it was a video call. Apparently with Dr Chou he has no problem charging you but has no intention of helping at all. Very disappointed...save yourself the time and money and find a Dr that is willing to actually do something to help."
