"Dr. Ingle's bedside manner is awful. I was seen for a debilitating airway diagnosis from another ENT and saw Dr. Ingle because of his high reviews for helping my people with my diagnosis. However instead of focusing on the problem at hand, I was told I had multiple other things wrong with me (unrelated to my ears, nose or throat.) I struggle with high anxiety at doctors offices, especially when having blood pressure taken or anything involving needles. However, instead of getting to know my medical history & understand me as a patient before making assumptions, Dr. Ingle instead chose to talk about himself for 10 minutes about all his creditials and then accuse me of having high blood pressure, and being overweight and needing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for my white coat syndrome/needle phobia! If he actually talked to me as a patient, he would have known my blood pressure has been monitored for years by my primary (it is always high at doctors offices) and that I've always been slightly overweight. Again which both have nothing to do with seeing an ENT! And certainly my doctor/needle phobia has nothing to do with why I was seeing him. Not that it's any of his business, but had he actually talked to me like a human being, he would know I have an extreme doctor/needle phobia that I've tried everything for, and the only thing that's worked is medication. Then he tried to bash the protocol my primary doctor and I have in place to medicate for my anxiety, by telling me it's addictive! If you are male, thin, have no anxiety, and don't mind someone who you have to interrupt to get him to answer any of your questions, then certainly go here. But if not, I would avoid at all costs. Because of Dr. Ingle, I now have more anxiety about treating my disease and my white coat syndrome seems to have gotten worse. It is amazing to me this doctor has so many high reviews - I can only assume it's because he's a good surgeon. Find someone else to help you."
"I had really terrible breathing issues, constant sinus infections, and a bent nose. I was referred to the Goyals by my local ENT when two surgeries to fix this failed. I figured it was a lost cause, but for the first time in my life I can breathe and sleep and smell. And my face looks a lot better to boot!"
"Syracuse is so lucky to have Dr. Ingle! Iโm not exaggerating when I say he saved my voice. I had partial paralyzation in my vocal chords after an illness and was terrified Iโd never sing again. Dr. Ingle not only treated me with care and professionalism, he was exceedingly kind and understanding of how hard it was to lose my voice. Itโs two years later now and my voice sounds better than ever. I am so grateful to Dr. Ingle and recommend him constantly. I would honestly drive the two hours from Rochester to Syracuse if I ever needed treatment again just so I could work with him!"
"Dr. Goyal did an amazing job with my diagnosis and eventually my sinus surgery. He is extremely professional but also caring. I recommend him to everyone that suffers from sinus issues!"
"Dr. Goyal really cares about the care his practice provides and the care of his patients. I had an issue related to a billing concern and when it was brought to Dr. Goyal's attention he immediately looking into the matter and corrected the error. I would definitely recommend his practice for sinus related issues."
