"There seems to have been some turnover in the gastroenterology dept. at Guthrie, but my most recent practioner, Rose Streets, had reviewed my chart prior to my appointment which I consider a plus. She was both friendly and professional. No complaints there. My only negative comment is that I took the time to go through the online check-in, but then still had to give all of the information again at the office. I was told that anything I update online has to be accepted by the Dr. before the record is actually updated, and that hadn't been done. Next time, I will not bother with updating anything online."
