"This has been one of the most pleasant and supportive medical experiences I have had in a long time. Everyone was kind, professional, and communicative, which was especially important to me as I navigated a sudden heart issue. I even called the next day with questions about my prescribed medication and I talked with a PA who was wonderful and clear while also making sure that the Doctor who prescribed me the med contacted me as soon as possible to follow up. I am extremely grateful."

"I went in there with a lot of pain and they stuck me in some back room and then they took one x-ray gave me a shot of Toradol and an ice patch I understand that in courtland County drugs are a problem but I live on the country I hardly come to the hospital unless I absolutely need it and all I did was pass me on to another doctor I don't think that's right for an ER they're supposed to find out what the actual problem is and then if they can't fix it then send me to a another doctor"

"Was friendly enough. But took hours to do blood work. And the I've they put in my arm is turning my arm purple slowly. It says on there wall someone will be in every 60 minute or less. Yet haven't seen a doctor or nurse sence they took my blood away. When I asked about removing my iv I was told not that I had to wait till they want to take it out. Smh."
