"An “infectious disease specialist” that sends you to the ER, ond of the dirtiest places in the world, to wait 6 hours to do a procedure that would take 1/2 hour in an office."

He was disinterested, unpleasant, rude and not helpful.He gave me handouts that I could not read because of the poor quality and with outdated information. Total rip off - $200 to get a typhoid vaccination Don’t go to this guy. Next time I will go to Passport Health."

"I was feeling sick for weeks and couldn’t get an appointment. I went to WellNow urgent care and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I tried to schedule a follow up visit because symptoms were not improving. I could only get a telemedicine appointment a week later. I went back to WellNow and they recommended immediate follow up visit with Dr Brodey or to go to the ER. I opted for the telemedicine appt the next day. I was on time for the appointment but her never got on. After 30 minutes I called the office and was told he ?is running behind?. I stayed on another 20 minutes with no response. So disgusted with how I was treated."

"This was the worst experience ever. Save your money and go to Passport health or Univ of Rochester. I wanted to have a conversation about the risks of various diseases, realizing he could not guarantee anything. As soon as I asked a question, he flat out said "read the CDC information and come back when you make a decision". The only guidance he gave me was speed reading from a packet of information that was old, basic and cobbled together. When I reluctantly returned for the shots, I was made to wait for 1.5 hours, watching 3 other people come and go for shots. Once I got in I waited 45 more minutes, at which time he came in and said "I thought I already saw you, you realize you can die from this shot, right?". The staff were great and tried to apologize and move things along, he was the problem. Friends that went to Passport Health and U of R both had excellent experiences, felt they received good counseling and were not pressured into anything. Their handouts and recommendations were so much more up to date and relevant. Seriously, don't waste your time with Dr. Brodey."

"2 appointments in a row I waited 45 minutes after seeing the doctor for blood work. Both times after waiting I was sent to a different place to have my blood drawn because they couldn't do it in their office. Why make me wait? Why make me waste time just to go elsewhere? I simply do not understand. Spent just under 2 hours here and saw the doctor for a total of one minute. The rest is spent waiting, just to be told they need you to go elsewhere. Thanks alot."
