"I saw Dr Ferguson for extraction of cataracts on both my right and left eye. I found her to be very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, professional and down to earth! I was extremely nervous but both surgeries went very smoothly. She even called me in the evening after surgery to see how I was doing or if I had any questions or concerns. I also found her office staff to be excellent. They were always very friendly, helpful and took the time to answer my numerous questions. They ensured that every detail was handled efficiently. They even scheduled a shuttle service to the Surgery Center. Best surgical experience I have had! Great office and staff!!"

"The care that I received from Dr. Howard was very disappointing. I had very high hopes for this office, being woman run and operated, with a big sign when you walk in that says “being nice matters” I was very optimistic. I came to this office as a referral from the emergency room, after experiencing some of the most painful and debilitating eye pain I’ve ever been in. While I do believe Dr. Howard did her job in checking my eyes and found the issue, I still had questions and concerns. In the middle of me continuing to ask her professional opinion the Doctor picked up her paper work and began to walk toward the door. When I continued to ask for care, I was met with disregard and unanswered questions. I was still trying to clarify my aftercare up until the point of reaching the front desk to be checked out. I’m assuming because my appointment was at 4pm, it was late in the day, and I know patience runs thin during those hours, but I truly felt so invalidated and cried on my way home feeling like my pain and questions weren’t taken seriously. Just a very disappointing experience."
