"Paid over $6k for a service, even signed a contract and everything. leading up to my moms service we got no call back or anything. was told they would call us back...no call back. so we tried and tried contacting and still no CALL BACK. the day of my moms service no one was there. we ended up not burying her with her family :( BUT THE CHECK WAS CASHED. Finally we get a call back from "Mike" and he's drunk at a bar yelling at us for being upset. Not professional at all. This added so much more stress on top of our grief. We flew all the way from Florida to burry my mom here. She deserved so much better. Our whole family is disappointed."

"I don’t have any loved ones buried here, I just like to browse cemeteries, and this one was very well kept with some fascinating headstone displays. There were deer running around and that added to the ambience. I found it to be historic and very peaceful."
"I left expensive fresh flowers for my beautiful mother's anniversary and birthday and they removed them a few hours after I brought them. I had a note that I would be back to pick them up in 5 days. If I could remove my parents from that cemetery I would do so in a heartbeat and take them to Mount Calvary cemetery. The rules at Holy Cross are completely ridiculous. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with their staff and rules."
