"On our move to Buffalo we ran into quite literally every problem there could be. From losing a pet to the only uhaul in the area needing to be returned back to maryland where we got it. We were running late late. We had to check in with the office for the first time before we could access the unit. They were going to be closed when we got there. We had been communicating with the manager Henry the whole day. When we got there not only were they closed but Microsoft went down. We were limited on time and needed to unload so the van could get back in time for the reservation it had. Henry not only gave his personal cell phone so we could contact him but came back to the facility and let us in to unload. He showed us around let us use the bathroom and went beyond measure to help us. He literally saved our trip."

"One of the worst experiences I've had to handle. Took over an hour to get checked in. The guy in the office left at 6pm so we had to do it via kiosk. The website said the office was open till 10pm. I kept getting the wrong instructions and my credit card information wouldn't go through. I finally ended the call and called using my phone. She was able to get my card information but had a problem with showing the contracts for me to sign. That was finally rectified. The whole experience was put behind schedule so with our last load of furniture we got to the storage unit at 10:05. And they were closed. I was under the impression that they were open 24/7. Now I have a u-haul full of furniture. I think I've said enough. It was a horrible experience. Would not recommend."

"Excellent interactions. Web sign up was easy, but when I got to space it was not what I had in mind. Spoke to Henry, he switched me to a space that was what I wanted. Hard to find good customer service in this day and age, really appreciated his efforts."

"Upon arrival we were greeted and shown where our unit was. And how to use the lock and key. The gentleman also helped us by getting us carts for moving our belongings. Unit was nice and clean. Lock & key were easy to use. Elevator is nice and big to accommodate our larger stuff. Would definitely recommend this storage facility."
